Got the hoodie for Halloween, and it's super cute! The tiger ears are kinda dorky but in a fun way, perfect for a spooky party. It's a bit on the loose side, but that's okay. The packaging was okay, nothing fancy, but the item arrived undamaged. The customer service was pretty quick to respond when I had a question, which was helpful. For the price, it's a solid pick!
