It's important to note that returns cannot be restocked on our shelves due to their custom designs. However, your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are committed to ensuring that every order made on Printblur.com exceeds your expectations.

Plus, to further streamline your return experience, we impose NO restocking fees, allowing you to shop with confidence and peace of mind.

    Eligible Products for the Return Policy

    Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Items

    We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong/damaged/faulty items. Includes these cases:

    • The product doesn’t match the description on the website: Wrong items, wrong material, wrong size.
    • The product received is torn dirty, wet, hairy fabric.
    • The product received has visible defects with the print, blurred, or out of place.
    • Products are damaged, peeled prints after the first wash.  

    Wrong Size Items

    We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong size product. Specifically, these products have wrong measurements compared to the product’s size guide (A difference of over 1.5" from standard product measurements).

    Non-fitting Items

    We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive non-fitting items. Please be advised, for this case, only t-shirts and tank tops are eligible for returns and exchanges. 

    Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Package due to the Shipping Process

    We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong/damaged/faulty items due to the shipping process. Please double-check the package carefully when receiving your orders. If you find the products are wrong, defective, or damaged, please return them to the courier immediately or contact Printblur within 30 days of delivery for a short response and support.

    NOTE: 

    • Any requests for return or exchange are eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • Products have no sign of being used with the neck label intact and are kept in the original package. 

    How to Return My Order

    Please ensure that your item is eligible for the Return Policy at Printblur.com before you take the following steps for returning a product: 

    Contact us and clarify the issue with the product.

    Email us at [email protected] or contact us here if you need to return or exchange products.

    The following information needs to include when you contact us for a return/exchange: 

    • Your order information to confirm the order.
    • Photos of the packaging label.
    • Photos that clearly show the actual measurements of the items: width, and length (If you receive the wrong size items).
    • Specific information of the item that you want to be resent.

    Verify items that qualify for the return requirements of Printblur.com.

    Once confirming that your products are eligible for our return/exchange policy, you’ll receive a refund or a replacement resent to your address within 7 business days. Resending the package back is not needed. 

    Returns Notice at Printblur

    - In case you request for returns to multiple items, please provide photos or videos that are put side by side lying on a flat surface.

    - Any products returned without our verification are not eligible for support at Printblur.com.

    - The replacement will have the same or higher price than the returned item (you will need to pay an extra cost if the exchanged products have a higher price.)
