    Along with the majority of our sellers on Printblur.com, we provide the option for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. For detailed assistance, please submit your request through the designated channel. We kindly ask that you adhere to our Refund Policy, which outlines specific conditions for processing returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority.

    The items received are wrong/damaged/faulty

    We are committed to providing you with the absolute best personalized items, and are happy to support you to replace your order for any of the following reasons: 

    • The received product does not match the description provided on our website, including receiving wrong items, materials, size, or style.
    • The product received is torn dirty, wet, hairy fabric.
    • The product received displays visible defects in the print, such as blurriness or misplacement.
    • Products are damaged or peeled prints after the first wash

    Then please inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to resolve the matter for orders within 30 days of delivery. Printblur refuses to support any claims for purchases over 30 days.

    Incorrect Item Size Received

    If your receive item has wrong measurements compared to the product’s size guide (a difference of over 1.5” from standard product measurements).

    For a full refund, you’ll need to contact us and provide us with the detailed information below: 

    • Order information to confirm the order.
    • Photos of the original packaging label.
    • Photos of the items with size tag/neck label in the frame.
    • Photos of the items you received along with detail shots that clearly show the damaged/wrong/faulty part.

    Note: For orders with multiple items, you should provide photos or videos of products that are placed on a flat surface.

    The refund will be issued to your original payment method of the order if the item is eligible for the Refund Policy. 

    Lost Packages

    If your order is lost in the shipping process, please check the mailbox, area security camera, ask your neighbors, and contact the local post office to ensure that your package is not being held in somewhere you haven’t checked. 

    You will need to provide the following information to ask for a refund: 

    • The information of your order (Order code, shipping address, recipient’s details: Full name, Phone number, Email address)
    • Verified shipping address
    • Verified from your local post office that you haven’t received the package. 

    For orders over 30 days from the date of delivery, Printblur refuses to support claims regarding to these cases.

    Cancellation

    Your order can be canceled within 4 hours from the time of your purchase. Please submit your cancellation request here to cancel your order and get your money back to your card. Once 4 hours have passed, Printblur refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.
