All items are designed and made by me. I am happy to do custom designs (although I cant do anything that may be considered to be copyright for example, TV shows, celebs etc) if you want a custom case message me.

Designs are available in other android models, if you dont see your phone size then feel free to message me.
All cases, both iPhone and android are rubber cases with a metal insert. Please note due to the metal inset if you use a wireless charger it will not charge with the case on.

Rubber cases
Rubber cases are made with top quality hard rubber. It is both sturdy and protective. It provides excellent protection for your case. (Although, I cannot be held responsible for any phone damage)
The case covers the back and all sides of your phone, the case is raised slightly at the front to protect the screen. There are holes at the bottom to allow for easy charging, one at the side for turning the volume on and off and one for the camera. If your android phone has touch ID on the back of the phone there will be an extra hole for that too.

Shipping
After purchase your item will be made the same day, and will in most cases be sent the following working day (excluding bank holidays). If purchased before midnight (UK Time - BST/GMT/UTC) it will be sent the following working day.

Please note that whilst my cases are protective I would always recommend using a screen protector and I cannot be held responsible for any damage to your phone whilst using one of my cases.

Also note that any times discussed below are based on UK time (London)

1. Purchasing

All items are sent second class / International Economy. If you require quicker shipping, message me before buying. You will be required to pay more postage for quicker shipping. Please dont buy and then message me for quicker shipping youll need to message me before purchasing. All my items are sent untracked due to the cost, if you want your item sent tracked, message me before buying youll be required to pay more postage.

Please note that shipping may take longer than normal at the moment due to the pandemic/lockdown. Please be patient for you item and if you have any concerns message me. I am not responsible for how long royal mail/your mail delivery service take to deliver your item. Once it has been sent it is out of my hands.

If you realise you have purchased the wrong size/colour or design message me as soon as possible. I send orders the next working day so if your item has already been sent then you will be required to return it to me at your own cost before receiving a refund or exchange.

If you realise you have entered the incorrect address please message me as soon as possible. I will not be able to do anything if the item has already been sent off. I do try to check addresses for any errors but I may not always notice (especially with International address which I am unfamiliar with)
If your parcel goes missing because you entered the incorrect address it should be returned to me but if it doesnt there may be nothing I can do and I will not be able to refund. Please double check you have the correct address when purchasing.


2. Returns

If your item is faulty or the wrong size you can return to me. You will need to return within 30 days of receiving the package and the item MUST be unused. If the item is returned to me and has clearly been used you will not be allowed a refund and the item will be sent back to you. Please message me with a description and a photo of the issue and I will give you my return address. Please do not attempt to return the item until you have spoken to me.

If you have changed your mind about your item then you must return it to me within 30 days of receiving and it must be unused. Any signs of it having been used and you will not be allowed a refund. You must pay for the postage costs to return to me unless your item is wrong/faulty. You must also get proof of postage that shows my postcode or if the item goes missing you will not be protected. I will not refund until the item has been returned back to me and I have received it. Please note you MUST pay for postage for a returned item and if postage is not paid it will be taken from your refund amount.


3. Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel an order for any reason please message me as soon as you can. Unfortunately if your item has already been made or postage has already been paid I will be unable to cancel your order (orders and made and postage is paid same day of purchase). If I am unable to cancel your order youll have to wait for your item to arrive and then message me for a return/refund. You will have to pay the postage costs to send the item back to me.
